(www.healthim.com), a leading provider of mental health crisis response software for first responders. This investment marks PSH’s entry into the public safety and healthcare sectors.
HealthIM’s platform helps first responders manage mental health crisis calls by enhancing safety for both responders and individuals in crisis, improving communication between law enforcement and health authorities, and enabling effective oversight. Founded in 2014, HealthIM is trusted by agencies across Canada and in parts of the United States.
HealthIM will continue to be led by its existing management team with transition support from its former owners. Under PSH’s ownership, the company will benefit from strategic guidance and growth capital to expand its reach across North America.
